For those clients who desire a turnkey module construction service, we often perform the fabrication and assembly, offload and placement, and field installation of process skids and modules. This ability to provide an integrated pipe fabrication, module assembly and field construction service (that includes electrical work), allowing us to fast-track construction and reduce costs.

In Canada, we have been in the module assembly business since the 1970’s and we are a recognized leader in the industry for our expertise in this field. PCL Industrial Constructors Inc. has constructed more than 2,000 modules for a wide variety of owners over the past twenty years, primarily in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. Our 72-acre module facility is adjacent to our pipe fabrication facility in Nisku. This facility can accommodate 120 typical modules at a time, and within one year, we have assembled in excess of 300 piperack / process modules.

In the United States , PCL Industrial Services, Inc. primarily serves our industrial clients from the southwestern states through their 25,000-square-foot vessel/platework fabrication and module construction facility in Bakersfield , California .

Our quality control programs are in full compliance with the applicable code requirements of fabrication (e.g., ASME, ANSI, DOT, CSA and National Board Stamps R, S and U).
