18G DEHY Facility 3rd FWKO

Scope of work includes:

• Complete the fabrication, installation and modifications of the inlet and discharge piping for the new and existing FWKO vessels at an existing 18G Dehy Facility.
• Complete the demolition of existing piping and equipment that is required to install the new vessel and complete modifications to the existing vessels.
• Install piping, vapor recovery systems, control valves, meter runs, relief system piping and drainage lines to support the installation of the new 14'x70' FWKO.
• Modify the existing vapor recovery system in conjunction with the new recovery system required for V-100.
• Support in the installation of all relevant instrumentation, conduit, wiring and instrument air systems.
• T&M Electrical support.

The installation of the new FWKO is to be completed in three stages.

Stage 1

The first stage of the project will be to complete all relevant piping and construction work that can be done without affecting the operation of the existing FWKO vessels V-1-1/102.

Stage 2

The second stage of construction involves completing all work necesary to place V-100 in service including the tie-in of a new common inlet line with meter run, road crossing and inlet header.

Stage 3

The third stage of the project will include installing separate gas make up and vapor recovery systems on V-101/102 while the vessels are out of service and replacement of the water discharge header from V-101 and 102.
