Project Description

This multipurpose sports and entertainment facility serves as a major entertainment venue for the Fraser Valley region, featuring 7,000-fixed seats, twenty private suites, fifteen loge boxes and club seats. The concrete, structural steel and precast concrete three-level building are clad with masonry, hardie-board and metal panels, storefront glazing and a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roof system.

In addition, we completed the fit-out to the AHL home team (Abbotsford Heat) and the building operator (Global Spectrum) areas. The scope of work included:

Fitout of the home team area
Reworking the offices for the home team front office personnel
Modifying the configuration of Global Spectrum’s cash offices
Adding an office for Global Spectrum’s chef in the main kitchen
Converting Global Spectrum’s large meeting room into two smaller meeting rooms
Adding a drink rail in the VIP Lounge
