3rd Street Parkade

The project consists of the addition of six levels of parking. The new levels are steel-framed with reinforced concrete infill. Additional seismic bracing was also incorporated into the existing concrete structure. To comply with current code, all guardrails were replaced at the perimeter. Two stairwells and one elevator were also extended. The final renovation was to incorporate new parking control equipment and associated islands.
