Outrigger Reef - Diamond Head Tower Guestroom Renovations

The work comprised of two concurrent phases.  Phase I required repairs to spalling concrete parapet walls, removing and replacing lanai handrail and installation of new sliding glass doors with new interior framing.  Phase II is the addition of a pedestrian walkway bridge from the large landi on level 3 into the Outrigger Reef Ocean Tower.  Selective demolition of existing guest rooms and construction of a 37' long 6' wide elevated cast in place walkway are underway.

Phase III was added via Change Order, adding concrete topping slab waterproofing and framed bollards.
